In my honest opinion

Look on the bright side.

So today is not your day of sunshine? Well everyone has those days regardless of who you are.
You know what pisses people off more than anything? Whether you realize it now or not. People that are "always" happy piss everyone off.
You know why? They always let you seem like you are a horrid person. Gee, and who would think that they are the biggest liars and decievers. So you know someone like this as we all do. You're having a crappy day and you feel like there is not a chance of pity or grievance. Well now think of the happiest person you know. Someone who is never negative. And lastly think of how many things they are holding in each and every day.
That can't be good for your health.

One

Whether you were the first one, or the last one. You were still part of the one. I went on a 3 day hike, and I just thought that up. It was amazingly hard yet amazingly beautiful. It doesn't matter where I was or to what extent I attended, I did it. Think about that maybe as an idea of life.
You might always be caught up last, or maybe you are lucky and end up first, but whoever you are don't quit because you're not where you want to be. Quitting just takes you out of the ball game. Quitting makes you nothing, not even part of the one.

one word for you to think about, in one day [Peace]

For one day you said you have been bored, you had nothing to do.
You sat home, watched tv, ate, slept.
You groan about your bad day.
One word for you, Iraq.
Definition= lucky to have any electricity, lucky to be living, afraid for your own life. Food?
That's the least of your worries.

For one day you said you were too busy to be happy.
You sat at work, worked on the house, the yard, helped your family.
One word for you, Soldier (in Iraq).
Definition= too busy defending other people, working on protecting their environment, working on not dying yourself.
You miss your work at home.

For one second, you understand just how lucky you are.
And let yourself take knowledge of your greed.
One word for you, America.
Definition= living life in your own "safe" world. Sure, you think horrible things happen that you wish didn't. But there's nothing you can do about that, so whine about how horrid your own life is.
It's only human to complain.

For millions of people, being killed, being injured, being caught in the middle of all this.
One word is all you don't know.
PEACE.
Definition, you have none, all you know is war, all you know is devastation.
The only thing close to
peace
you know of is a hint of happiness, from receiving just one thing to give you hop, one thing to eat or drink, one thing to sleep in, one person to help you through.

Through the eyes of a victim

It's not so common, the sounds aren't so familliar. Screaming, crying, pleads, and noises mostly not heard with the ears, but felt from vibrations. Actually, each one of them seperated tells you something is wrong, but summed up together, something serious is wrong, you know it before you even see it. It's behind your back now, more than just dead, destroyed. Death and destruction are creeping up on you. You'd hate to admit it but at best this was a thrill. A complete shock. You're not even thinking, your body must be taking over your legs, bringing them up again to run at will. Just running, nothing else.
Then there was nothing. Your body lost control, and long ago your mind had left its sanity. You aren't running anymore. Thrills? For you, complete opposites of thrill. Those horrid people who did this still have anxiety running through their veins. On other hand, your veins run cold, then stop running at all. To end with a cut off, nothing left at all to you. They get their thrills, over and over again, to them it's all too familliar. It shouldn't be. I wish those idiots who do this were all dead. Your glad it's over, a thrill you were never seeking, and never finished to find the happiness of.

Post script- I wrote this the night before London's tradgedy. God bless you, I'm so sorry.

While you were waiting

So we all do it. There you are, stuck in traffic, stuck helping someone, stuck at work. You aren't stuck. Trust me, you are not stuck.
Being stuck is being chained up, locked in a room, someone stronger, holding you down. But even when those things happened to me, I wasn't stuck. Just stuck in a negative mind set.
Think of what you are waisting your anger on whenever you are angry. Think about someone who is kidnapped, raped, murdered. They are stuck. They are no where near free as you.
What's your outcome. Yell at the person in the car besides you. It might help, but aren't they in a hurry too? You are working, imagine your family, with you having no where to work, no way have a life to live freely. You are getting impatient with the person you are helping, they asked you, hoping to find a way. What are you going to do now, let them know you were of no help at all, just a short temper added with anger.
While you were waiting for things to be over, did you ever think about what you were waiting for? Things to "be over". No, you didn't think about being able to get where you needed, be blessed for helping someone, kowing they could count on you, and they had new thoughts of you. You didn't think how happy ou were going to be when you got home from work.
So while you were missing out on thinking while you were waiting for the over of things, your over isn't so soon to be "over". You're in a bad mood all day, you upset someone you love, you screwed up at work because you were so pissed off. Now you have something else to think about, while your waiting. I'm waiting for you to calm down.

This is me

I’m Sarah Liz. I believe in taking a stand for what I believe in. I act how I want to, I do what I want to. I will not be a follower of what I don’t wish to be. I am my own person, regardless of what your opinion of me is. You will not change me, I will change myself. I do not believe in calling people posers. I care about what others do in their lives but not to the effect that I might be stopping them from something they might start truly believing in. You Can not make a person believe in anything. If you do, it’s not something they Believe in by themselves and therefore they are being posers, yes indeed, but why get my business into it? Their waste of time, and hopefully they will get over it eventually. I am against any sort of self-destruction. I do not have any respect to drugs Or other things of that effect. I think they are a piece of crap. I only like to argue When it is with someone who has a clue about what they are talking about. Or if I am standing up for my morals. I almost always think about things before stepping in, so don’t be too surprised if I take a while to agree. I love doing anything that is a Challenging or something I can work on. Also the things that I learn and can Never stop getting better at. I love my friends a lot. They are priceless gifts. If they are worthy of my pain, I would do anything for them. I believe in change and second chances. If I disagree with everything you believe in I would still die for you. Why let myself live when I already know where I stand. I want you to have the chance to learn yourself.

Be yourself

You are your religion so how love regardless of a persons religion?

_______Religion is part of a person. Sometimes a huge significance. But is it right to judge a person by their religion?
You probably have heard it before. If not, I'm sorry to be the first to introduce it to you. I highly doubt you haven't though. It goes a little like this, "This girl was at a party and told me something rude, that's why I don't like that religion anymore". Or it can be in this form, "That religion has so many rules and things I don't believe in, how can those people stand it?".
Plain and true here folks, it's really none of your business if the person down the street or goes to school with your kids is of a different religion sect. Have you not heard of respect, freedom, heck, have you not heard of the human mind? They all feed off diversity.
So what, the Latter day saints can't smoke, drink. So what the Catholics have a history of rape. So what Christians don't swear, Buddhists don't believe in God. News flash people! People are who they WANT to be! Some latter day saints drink, some Catholics don't rape, some Christians curse like there are only profane words in their mental vocabulary.
So basically, I'm sick of hearing it. Sick of hearing, "that religion is crazy for believing this", or "that religion makes no sense". I'm sure there are reasons they believe in what they are doing and you can't change that fact unless they want to change it.
The biggest problem I hear is when I hear a religion used as a label of all the followers. Such as, "This religion is so crazy, once this member of the church went to a meeting and voiced out a totally insane idea. Those people are crazy". All I have say to people who judge any person by someone who shares the same religion is, YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE AND MIGHT I ADD STEREOTYPICAL?
Post Script- Sorry to use 'this' and 'that' so much, I wanted to use the least amount ofreal names as possible.
